Kerry stayed it as fact,, no matter where he recd the info. I might even concede if you like and say he is not lying on this one of many items simply because it is too late to look his exact words,,, However, that would make him an idiot for not checking his sources before making an ass of himself in front of the committee.

OK. You have listened to his senate testimony and you have a point as far as that goes.

Now listen to his interviews on the Dick Cavett show and NBC's Meet The Press. In both Kerry clearly and unequivocably states he committed war crimes. He was even asked for a clarification and readmitted it.
