I recall my very first semester of college.
I was in a study group with mostly some GIs fresh from Vietnam using the GI-Bill to study engineering.
One day they brought personal photographs to show each other and me.
I recall the pictures of pairs of GIs holding poles over their shoulders and vietnamese bodies handing from the poles.
It was one of many incidents that turned me against the war.

That seemed a long time ago, but some people never move on.
