Kerry is a great senator. Ask any colleague. Even Zell Miller until he got hit by a psychotic bug about a year or so ago. Zell was full of praises for Kerry. Anyone who says different is either pimping for Bush or just jealous.

Every single Bush ad about Kerry's senate record (not to mention his war record) has been extremely dishonest and misleading. For instance we now know that Kerry's defense budget voting record is the same as Zell Millers, and that he was for fewer Cold War intel cuts than Bush's CIA nominee Porter Goss. The real point here is that Bushies LIE. Over and over and over again and very deliberately without conscience.
