This is obviously plan 'C' or lower. Rove planned for the Mission Accomplished stunt (he just forgot that it needed an accomplishment) to work. After that he tried desparate terrorist orange alerts until people heard "wolf" too often. He's really getting low on scams. He will mostly rely on fraud and help from Diebolt.

We wouldn't have these problems if duelling was still in vogue.

I would vote for anyone who is in favor of settling these types of differences with pistols at twenty paces.
