Wow I think I like Denzel more then I used to. Being black he could have really gotten some milage out of the you people remark. It reminds me of Rosie having Tom Selleck on her show to talk about his new movie and instead waylaid him over gun control and he absolutely ate her alive. I really think that was the start of the end of her show.

Re Denzel, do you have a link to video? I just read the Today Show's transcript of the interview and while there are elements of what you describe, it's not really consistent with, and certainly less volatile than what you describe. The transcript, however, looks a little truncated (unless it was a rather short interview) and edited (there are sections inserted that are essentially third party narration, not anything said by Couric or her guests). Would like to see the actual interview, if it's out there.
