No it doesn't. However, his credibility is way above yours and John Kerry's. Not just for how much he suffered, but for how he has dedicated his life his country. He has always been known for being brutally honest. I find it hard to believe that a man with his kind of character would blatantly lie about this.

Anything is possible, but if you look at his long history, I do not see it as likely.
