I was in Oslo a few weeks ago. We had some limited time, so instead of visiting the Munch museum we went to Vigeland Park. The new work comes from a research team at Texas State University in San Marcos As a coincidence, my daughter is touring potential colleges, and Texas State was one where I accompanied her. We had a bit of a presentation on this program. They also determined just when Van Gogh's Starry Night was painted and exactly when John Muir photographed the half dome of Yosemite. It was an interesting blend of art, computers, and science.
