We're coming at the problem from different directions....you're thinking about ways to stop a certain type of ad...I'm thinking about ways to get around any restrictions you might create [legislate].

You might be able to designate that a 527 ad can't name a candidate....I'll call the Swift Vets ad ... a promotional advertisement for my new book "Unfit for Command". There's always a way around the law.

If you want to challenge that to the FEC, it'll get resolved sometime after the election.
