Haven't seen it but he did phoney up part of the movie.

He showed a headline in the Bloomington Daily Pantagraph that Gore won the recount. The Panatgraph never ran such a headline or any such story. I pay $225 a year to get the rag so no, I'm not going to pay another $100 a year to search their archives.
