I do retract the assertion that Matthews suddenly saw your tin soldier for what he is. Instead, Chris threw a few scraps for conservatives in his usually lame attempt to provide diversity on his show. I once was of the opinion that Pat Buchanan was too far right for my taste, but either he's mellowed or I've finally realized just how looney the left is by their ridiculous choice of their current nominee for Pres.

Joint message to SiouxPal and our wonderful moderator, Ann Corrigan: Chris probably reviewed his audience ratings over the weekend and had a stroke. His doctor recommended to him that, in order to quickly recover from his stroke, he do something to increase his positive ratings from his meagre and still declining audience. Hence his amazing born again conversion which you (Ann) have just witnessed and which you (SiouxPal) find so disconcerting. But SiouxPal is, for once, right. Chris will return to his Bush bashing as soon as he is convinced that he over the worst after effects of his stroke. Then, you and I Ann, will have no choice but to obey SiouxPal's command: we will, like little black widows that have lost our way, sheepishly slither off to our respective spider holes. How do I post this so that both SiouxPal and Ann Corrigan will read it? I don't want to be accused os spamming.
