O'Neill and many of the SwiftVets are not strongly affiliated with either political party. They say they would protest John Kerry's candidacy for Pres even if he was a Repub. Their priority is to set the record straight because even as recently as Kerry's biography "Tour of Duty", he painted them as cowards & war criminals while exaggerating his own military record.
