No. And neither has Bush. And neither of them has any reason to apologize for something they didn't do.

And yes, Bush today said they all should stop...but Kerry hasn't.

Bush said they should stop [I hope you're not claiming that's an apology.] Regardless of content, all 527 ads should stop?....isn't there a free speech issue here?
