Yes, his time line makes it appear eight months longer than reality by 1) ignoring the fact that enlisting and reporting for duty are not the same thing (there was six months in between in his case) and 2) ignoring his own documentation that clearly shows his separation from service as Jan 2. And even when you count his accrued leave (31 days), you only get to Feb 2.

Kind of like resume padding, isn't it? Since March was the first month for which he wasn't paid for even a single day, that's what he lists as his separation date. Man! Is he just fundamentally dishonest? I mean, who the F would make a big deal out of his being discharged in January if he didn't lie and claim it was March? You know, many companies have strict policies requiring immediate termination for such misrepresentations.

PS: Did AS get the boot for some reason or is he off at some web-free rehab spa?
