AND [their elimination] was 100% SUPPORTED BY JOHN KERRY (THESE HE DID
VOTE ON)

To be more accurate these cuts were embodied in the Appropriations Bills, which were finalized in the Republican Congress before they were sent to Clinton for signature.

Perhaps you hadn't heard that the Cold War is over.

Extra Credit Question: Quantify the nuclear force reduction planned by the Strategic Arms agreement that Bush negotiated with Russia?

Double Extra Credit Question: What verification requirements are there to be found in the afore mentioned Strategic Arms Agreement?
