There could have been a gap between his enlistment and going active ... Could? Of course there was a gap. He was still enrolled at Yale when he enlisted in February 1966, as his website biography clearly states. He would have graduated in May and, apparently and reasonably, wanted to have the summer for himself before beginning his stint in the Navy. I'm just dumbfounded that he (or orca) would feel a need to lie about such a simple and inconsequential thing. Oh, wait - I already figured that out: Message 20442494 ;-)
