One word Giuliani became mayor and NYC had its renaissance. Please come back and visit. Streets are clean enough now to eat off of. UW is Unclewest, my sworn enemy and antagonist(g).

I used to commute to NYC from Philly. My experience can best be summed up as : the obnoxious people in NYC are from Jersey. People livin in Manhattan, are polite and know how to live under pressure.

NYC is a city I would not mind living in.

From the mid 70s to 81 I had to travel to NYC

You were there in the "bad old liberal years." I made five trips in 99 and 00, and had a ball. The new Police Commissioner, Bill Bratton, had performed a miracle.
