What was interesting about last night's show was to watch Pat Buchanan. The guy clearly is having difficulty dealing with Chris. When Matthews wouldn't let Buchanan get a one word in during the segment with Cavett, Pat looked not too happy. Aside - Cavett handled himself well. His age is showing and he's not as sharp as he once was, but I thought he made an effort to appear unbiased, limiting his comments for the most part to how Kerry and O'Neill comported themselves on the show in 1971.
