As if we don't get enough Israeli propaganda in America. This particular sentence gives us an idea of the sliminess of this "institute":

There appears to be only one reasonable explanation of this pattern: that Palestinian men and boys engaged in behavior that brought them into conflict with Israeli armed forces.

To be specific, the behavior they engaged in consisted of being in Palestine when Israel rolled tanks into their neighborhood and shot them.
