Ken, the ones that 'don't cause you grief' don't do what ZA does. Without a firewall you lose some important protection. To stop experiencing grief, it would help to study the ZA tutorial. Gottfried

I do hope you have some type of firewall.. Even if you have a router (hardware firewall), I think one need a software firewell so that only registered programs are allowed access to the net.. FWIW, my daily sessions consists of Firefox browser with 13 tabs, 2 IE sessions, 2 chat sessions one of which is Java based, 1 Ameritrade Command Centre and 2 IB sessions all running under Zone Alarm free version without any problem.. Now and again I even have QT running along with these..
