This is not taking into consideration the expected backlash against Bush because of the Swiftboat ads. Decorated Vietnam vet Senators, John McCain, Chuck Hagel, Bob Kerry and John Kerry have called on George Bush to denounce and dissociate himself from the Swiftboat ads which denigrate the services of those who served in Vietnam. And Mr. Bush as always dragged his feet but on the other hand he is quick to rush to war.
