I don't understand that either. I saw that status on the electoral vote thread.

There are some Republicans here but not enough to push Bush ahead. Maybe they are taking their poll in Orange Co and Fresno! LOL

The Central Valley tends to be Republican but the population in the coastal cities is where all the Democrats are located.

All the ex Nader voters I know will be voting for Kerry this time.

The Bay area is solidly Democratic ( full of intelligent, informed individuals! )

55!-0=55-0 ... California for Kerry ... no problem

.......... That poll causing California now to be simply leaning for Kerry was Survey USA. I give it the least reliability of those get national attention. I'm more interested in Zogby"s midwest polls that are solidifying Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota for Kerry. Ohio is still the kingpin and it's going to be a tough one for Kerry. Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Virginia are all fertile territory for Kerry. Colorado could go "Blue" too.

<<...I am really amazed at the sudden appearance of a huge number Kerry/Edwards bumper stickers...>>

They are showing up all over around Chicago and in conservative southwest Michigan too...;-)
