This morning and last night on a few shows they were blaming the net for swiftboat vets ads and charges getting out... Of course they are right! the networks wouldn't cover it and newspapers would not cover it.

I find it just terrific people are taking back the power of the pen through the net. We no longer need to put up with nyt, lat, washpost. Cable fox, tonight again identified what nytimes posted today as saying white house yesterday said x and they replayed tapes and interviews. no such thing said. nyt embellishes the word again.

kerry tried to ignore the swiftboat vets but he couldn't any longer as it was a swell up on the net and the book coming out just about sealed it up. It forced the newspapers to attack them , at least something got in the papers,

ps i have about 22 houses in our complex, i think maybe three families get a paper delivered. It was four until i dropped my philadelphia inquirer when the editoral came out the day after the prison problem in Iraq and called for Rumsfeld resignation. not very professional , the guy wasn't even charged and they hung him. I understand yesterday they came out with another editorial against swiftboat vets.. now that is Philadephia Inquirer liberal politics.
