Libby waived any objections rather than wait for the inevitable. They have obviously zeroed in on Libby. Several reporters have had the same release used on them. If he released, he is either the one, or he is not afraid of the consequences. I haven't a clue. It will be a shame if he is nailed for releasing the name of Plame.
