Ho ho ho! That's a good one. Some staffer screws up on Kerry's side, and its a major deal. Bush, candidate for President of the United States, the most powerful position in the world, does not know the names 3 out of 4 leaders of 'hot spot' countries that were in the news almost every day at the time (2000).
