I remember now. Wasn't during the 1968 campaign that Nixon said we must not abandon the South Vietnamese, "but I promise to withdraw John Kerry from Cambodia in my first month in office."?...

And didn't the Kremlin join with the Northern Europeans to condemn, "The continued imperialism of the United Sates, which stations John Kerry in Cambodia." and call for his complete and unconditional withdrawal?...
