I dont know but he issued a comment that a lawyer is required by law to keep each clients records confidential and that one could represent both. The Bush guy said he just didnt want to be a party to any controversy that might take away from Bush's message. Finally, a Kerry guy was on T/V about an hour ago and even he said there was no LEGAL reason for the Bush guy to resign and it didnt bother him that he was the attorney for both. I bet EVEN JOHN EDWARDS isnt going to get into THAT fray. haha. jdn
