I keep hearing conflicting things about Bush and the 180. The Dems say he didn't. I tried to find it online and came across a couple of blogger references to his signing it, but nothing firsthand. Is there any proof that he signed it? I saw mention of the Feb release of about 300 pages of records, but nothing actually mentioning the 180. If he signed it, someone should make it accessible so it can be pointed to when it is used as some sort of weapon (well, Bush didn't sign his eeeeether.)
