Are you sure about that? I was just checking my Schwab account and the intraday chart on Xoma shows perhaps 220K shares sold in the last half hour. I don't see anything that resembles 670K.

Also, the stock was hovering at or above the $2.30 level from about 2 p.m. till the end of trading. Seems to me a 670K buy would've had a greater impact than a nickel.

I saw this claim made on the Yahoo board today. I've learned that it pays to verify claims made on Yahoo. They really know how to exaggerate over there (i.e. lie).

It's possible that my Schwab chart is wrong, but perhaps you have another link.
