I know I have seen it reported in various papers that Bush signed a form 180, though I think it was after the controversy in Feb/March, It was also reported that Bush issued an order as CIC that it all be released. The proof that it was? The media went over it with a fine tooth comb and shut up. We haven't see Kerry's family tax return, his 180, or his medical. All three could contain surprises. If they don't why haven't they been released? The answer to that is that the media hasn't pressed the issue like they did with Bush.
