A lot of investors I talk to express something like this:

"Less than 12 weeks to the US election, do I have to be fully invested NOW?"

and

"If this story is still a good one won't it be there at the end of November?"

I keep getting the felling that some morning I'll turn on CNBC and the big news will be little blip in an economic forecast or earnings for some tech stock, but XNG will be up 8%, then the next up 4%, then down 2 % , then up 11%...at which time CNBC will start talking about it.
