I don't think Kerry said 'everyone' was involved. He did say they were widespread and common; based on historical research, that seems to be somewhat accurate. Were all vets involved? Certainly not. But, things like free fire zones (considered a potential war crime by international convention) were common.

Upwards of three million Vietnamese died in the war. A big percentage of that was civilians.

Meanwhile, Bush was...killing a few soldiers of his own... That sentence says a lot about you.
