No, but so far the only place I've read it is Drudge. He's sorta like Debka, not right all the time but when he's right, he's dynamite.

Looks like the Kerry strategy is to attack Bush relentlessly on everything, no matter how flimsy the pretext. Attack, attack, attack. It might work.
