Eagles are for it? I can make the libertarian argument for open borders. But the welfare ripoff, and my social conservative side argues against it. Closing the border because of terror overrides everything else. The key to me though, is the economic argument. South America is in the process of a "move to the food." It is depressing the hell out of the entry wage rates. We need to close the border. It can be done with a different emphasis by the Border patrol.
