Yes, the XLF, puts are cheap. Not yet clear on timing, would like to see that money flow, and accumulation turn down.

I shorted the Sept 5 year Treasury yesterday at 110 31/32.

North Fork Bankcorp (NFB) is way overvalued according to Grant's interest rate observer. It is a New York regional bank - and the price to book ratio is too high (4.5). Fair value would be 40% to 50% lower. But there probably isn't any short term catalyst for a drop.
