Yes Orca, I was a little amazed to hear that Dem lawyers are also doing the same as Ginsberg. But no one is telling them what they telling Ginsberg and I wonder where is the pressure coming from on Ginsberg to resign?

IMO, it is OK to do what Ginsberg and the Dem lawyers are doing. But the group that he is working with is OK kto work with is what I think.

I don't think it is an issue of the rights of 527's as Bush is trying to drag this into. The issue is pure and simple. Are we going to pollute American democracy with lies and innuendoes and half truths and hearsays in the name of 527's. And the American people and the press is saying "NO". They are saying we want it to be clean. And once again, Bush has failed to see the issue correctly and has let dogma dictate policy.
