Its easy to criticize, using hindsight, but do you ACTUALLY think for ONE MOMENT the American people would HAVE ALLOWED the Taliban to stay in power? As to Iraq, IF something did happen and Bush had done nothing to eliminate the threat, what then would you say? As to those extra extremists, if they in fact exist, I suspect they are busy fighting us OVER THERE and dont have time, or money to worry about fighting us over HERE. I bet most Americans prefer it THAT WAY. jdn
