I give Bush some credit... he managed to get himself to the top of the heap - one way or another. Turned out better than Neil Bush - or is smart enough not to get caught.

Hitchens obviously overimbibes on a regular basis. He usually appears to have slept in his clothes and rolled out of bed immediately before entering the TV studio.
