My response was to a post postulating that Clinton's lies were worse than Nixon's lies. I respectfully disagree about the subject matter not being the issue. It is important. It's one thing to lie about sex or your golf score... another thing to lie to cover up a crime. Given that Clinton enjoyed favorable approval ratings during and subsequent to his impeachment trial, it seems the general public is able to distinguish the nuances. Clinton lied, though, and that was wrong and I do respect your opinion of the consequences he should have faced - even though I obviously disagree. On that note I'm letting the matter drop. It's Happy Hour here!!!!
