They had him in custody. That is a well documented fact. They offered to turn him over to us on the single condition we turned over the evidence of his guilt to them. That also is a well documented fact. Being clueless doesn't change the facts.

To this day there isn't a single piece of credible evidence to show bin Laden was behind the attacks. You have a fuzzy video of a person who looks nothing like bin Laden confessing to the attacks, and you have the most preposterous hearsay imaginable concocted by the 9/11 Commission. That hearsay is attributed to a person who has NEVER been produced as a witness in any way, shape or form.

What the Taliban did is just exactly what any judge in the United States would have done if the police asked for an arrest warrant without any evidence. They said no.
