Ted, Its can be found at your public library or its for sale on Amazon. I haven't checked my local library, but on Amazon.com, it's listed for the low, low price of $2,475.00. ;-) That obviously shows that there is high demand for this book. Kerry can easily allow the publisher to reprint this book and make a small fortune doing so. It should be obvious why Kerry isn't, and it's not just because he's supposedly a changed man, nor is it because he wants it to become a collector's item. Tenchusatsu
