No one wants another attack, period. It undercuts Bush's claim that the wars he waged have effectively made America safer. It hurts Kerry's chances by giving Bush another chance to strut around looking presidential. How will the voters react? That's anybody's guess. I will not be surprised if some American "crazies" will carry out an "attack" in a desperate bid to help Dubya.
