I think the link SiouxPal provided showed Kerry's
discharge in 1978. Obviously he had to have been
on inactive duty for quite a while before then.

AWOLBUSH.com and look at the smear campaigns Bushies waged against McCain in 2000 and Cleland in 2002. That tells you everything you need to know. Not a single Smearvet claim against Kerry is even partly true. All total slander. Even the facts they bring up are totally taken out of context and distorted to look like the opposite of what they really were. This is Soviet style propaganda at its worst.
