Kerry's "not voting" record is well established and extends back several years, as does his record of absence from important Senate Intelligence Committee hearings. It is not a matter of being busy running for the presidency, even if that were a valid excuse, unless he's been running for that office for many years. Oh, wait! He HAS been running for the White House for many years. Decades, in fact. At least since he reenacted his Vietnam exploits for the camera so he'd have footage for his campaign.
