Bush flip-flops again, this time on intel. Only a few weeks ago he didn't back this. Just as he didn't want the 9-11 commission. Bush keeps flip-flopping shamelessly but his surrogates keep calling Kerry the flip-flopper. What is wrong with this picture? Lies, lies, lies.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush (news - web sites), locked in an election year battle over national security, on Friday will give the post of CIA (news - web sites) director some of the broad authority that the Sept. 11 commission envisioned for a new intelligence czar.
