Not really. I used to listen to Limbaugh in Sacramento before he was famous. He made some sense then. Mostly on getting rid of big government, but the guy has never had a heart.

(And of course he's a hypocrite on the drug issue where true conservatives like W. F. Buckley are not.)

Since then he's become a demagogue, because that's were the money is. Unlike someone like William Buckley who spoke freely even if it upset the status quo, Rush is out to make money and he knows he'll make more if he PANDERS to his listeners. Panderers are whores and Rush is a pandering junkie. There are few if any counter views on his program. Most of his "logic" is Swiss cheese that could be easily exposed by a knowledgeable speaker with a counter view, which is why there are so very few counter views on his program.
