It is, is it not, a felony for a citizen to negotiate w. foreign powers? I've often wondered why no one is ever prosecuted for same.

So he is doing meetings in Paris with the enemy while still a j.g. in the USNR? That is grounds to have his ass thrown in jail I would have to think.

I found more evidence that proves what I was thinking. Kerry was a reservist...no question about it. I found his records that prove it.

This first link is the Military Order that releases Kerry form active duty and transfers him to the Navy Reserves effective 4 Jan 1970.

The second link below is the order dated 1 MAR 72 that transfers Kerry to the standby Reserves.

Finally, this link is his commission contract. It clearly states he is being commissioned as a reserve officer.

The real significance of all this is found at JOHNKERRY.com where it says, "April 29, 1970 Kerry listed as Registrant who has completed service."

And please notice at this next link, that has all the papers Kerry did release, there is absolutely no documentation or reference to registrant completing service. It is a fictitious account direct from Kerry's brain trying to cover up his unlawful activities conducted while a US Naval Officer.

To me this is a clear attempt to make us believe that he was discharged in 1970. The reason to do that is so we won't think he was a US Navy Officer went he met with the North Vietnamese Delegation in Paris (twice) as that would be considered providing aid to the enemy and subject him to court-martial charges. Another reason is that when he appeared before the Senate in 71, he was deliberately wearing the uniform improperly to associate himself with a political movement. That is conduct unbecoming an officer....another serious charge..
