" I was not aware that directors got a salary and participated in the ESPP plan... biz.yahoo.com It looks to me that Rand might be taking his director salary in stock... as are many of the other directors. "This really doesn't measure up to significant insider buying." I don't recall saying it was significant, but it sure is buying vs. Cisco insiders selling.
