Right, two women may have brought down those Russian planes. I don't think it's silly. When people feel that they have no voice, no hope for the future they: - give up, become depressed and waste away (a la: 'the masses leading lives of quiet desperation) - go insane - fight outside the existing government Everyone who wants it (and very few actually do) needs to have a system within which they can try and get what they want. If people don't want it, they can ignore it or vote against it but the system needs to exist. Besides, one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter or holy warrior. I'm wondering if and when the mass media will start calling the Iraqi insurgents, the Iraqi resistance.
