"But Ben Barnes, who later was lieutenant governor, said the request for his help came from a Bush family friend – not Bush or his father, who then was a congressman.

The Texas governor and Republican presidential front-runner, meanwhile, insisted again that neither he nor his father sought such assistance when he joined the Guard."

You see.......it was not Bush or his father who asked for help getting Bush into the Air Nat. Guard but rather a close family friend......maybe a worried Godparent. Bush or his father would never have thought to ask for a special favor. They are that kind of people.

And its very clear that Ben Barnes was the best man for the Lieutenant Governor position and not because he did Bush a personal favor.

Its also clear you have an axe to grind when it comes to Bush by your efforts to discredit and denigrate a man who is of the highest moral fiber and an epitome of integrity.

You should be proud of yourself!!!!
