Some consolation prize for genuinely injured people who get caught up in the meat grinder that chews them & spits them out in worse shape than they were than at the time of their legitimate injuries. Meanwhile, OWCP still has scores of fraudulent claimants on the dole. Hey! At least the insurance companies are still solvent. I'll sleep so much better knowing my sacrifice helped make it all possible. :-\| So much for accomplishing the mission of the program, protecting the innocent & prosecuting the guilty.
